Mettehandberg.dk operates this store and website to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver our services.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is only charged when the item is shipped.

All transactions are processed via an approved SSL-encrypted payment server. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. No card fees are charged.

4. Delivery & Freight

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight.

Delivery time in Denmark: 2–5 business days.

Orders over 20 kg and frames sized 100 × 140 cm are delivered to home addresses only.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.

To withdraw, notify us by email at info@mettehandberg.dk or use the standard cancellation form.

Refusal of delivery without notice does not count as withdrawal.

6. Returns

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

You must contact us before returning goods. Return shipping is at your own expense, and you are responsible for any damage during transport.

Only packages sent directly to this address are accepted.

7. No Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Frames and posters sized 100 × 140 cm

  • Customized or personalized products

8. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in original condition. If value is reduced due to improper use or missing packaging, a deduction may apply.

We recommend returning items in original packaging.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds include standard delivery costs but exclude additional delivery options.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

10. Uncollected Packages

A fee of DKK 150 will be deducted for uncollected packages.

11. Complaints & Warranty

Under the Danish Sales Act, you have a 24-month right to complain.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time (max. 2 months after discovery).

If justified, repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction may be offered.

Return shipping costs will be refunded for valid complaints.

Include a description of the issue and tracking number when returning items.
