📦 FORSENDELSESPOLITIK
Levering i Danmark Vi pakker og sender din ordre med omhu. Vi leverer til pakkeshop med 2–5 hverdages leveringstid. Forsendelse koster 59 DKK. Du modtager en sporingsmail, når din ordre er afsendt.
Levering til EU Forsendelse til EU-lande koster 99 DKK. Leveringstid er typisk 5–10 hverdage afhængigt af destination. Du modtager en besked, når din pakke er på vej.
Levering uden for EU Forsendelse til lande uden for EU (fx Norge, Island, Færøerne og Storbritannien) koster 299 DKK. Leveringstid er typisk 7–14 hverdage afhængigt af destination.
Ikke-afhentede pakker Pakker der ikke afhentes, returneres til os. Vi forbeholder os ret til at opkræve et gebyr på 150 DKK til dækning af returfragt og håndtering.
Bestilling uden for EU – moms og told Priser på vores hjemmeside er inkl. dansk moms (25%). Ved levering til lande uden for EU kan der blive opkrævet lokal moms og told i modtagerlandet ved ankomst. Dette er et krav fra de lokale myndigheder og er uden for vores kontrol. Vi anbefaler, at du undersøger de gældende regler i dit land inden køb.

Delivery in Denmark We pack and ship your order with care. We deliver to a parcel shop near you within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs 59 DKK. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to the EU Shipping to EU countries costs 99 DKK. Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the destination. You'll receive a notification when your package is on its way.
Delivery outside the EU Shipping to countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, and the United Kingdom) costs 299 DKK. Delivery time is typically 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Uncollected packages Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 299 DKK to cover return shipping and handling.
Orders outside the EU – VAT and customs Prices on our website include Danish VAT (25%). For deliveries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties may be charged in the destination country upon arrival. This is a requirement from local authorities and is beyond our control. We recommend that you check the applicable regulations in your country before placing an order.
